Very Special Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
    4 eggs
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking soda
    3 c. grated carrot
    1 c. pecans
    1/2 c. raisins
    1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation
    Cream sugar and oil.
    Add eggs, one at a time.
    Add flour, spices, salt and pineapple.
    Pour into a greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan and bake in a 375\u00b0 oven 50 to 60 minutes.
    Cool and frost with Cheese Icing.
    Serves 12.
