Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 lb. sweet potatoes
1 large Tbsp. butter
3 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 Tbsp. vanilla
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. milk
3 pie crusts

Preparation

Peel potatoes, cook tender.
Beat in eggs.
Mix all together. Pour in 3 pie crusts and bake 45 to 50 minutes.
