Coconut Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 c. milk
    1/2 stick margarine
    2 heaping Tbsp. flour
    2 egg yolks (beat whites separately)
    1 c. coconut
    1 unbaked pie crust
Preparation
    Melt butter in saucepan.
    Add beaten egg yolks and milk.
    Mix sugar and flour together and stir into liquid ingredients.
    Add coconut (save a little to sprinkle on top).
    Fold beaten egg whites into mixture.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
