Cheddar Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 Tbsp. chopped pimiento
1 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
1 Tbsp. minced onion
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. chopped pecans
dash of salt
dash of red pepper
Preparation

Combine all ingredients, except pecans. Mix well. Chill at least 1 hour. Shape into a ball and coat with pecans. Yields 1 cheese ball.
