Sweet 'N' Sour Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 to 4 lb.) fresh beef brisket
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. apple juice
    1/2 c. chili sauce
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 medium onions, sliced
    1 c. sliced celery with leaves
    3 small cooking apples, cored and cut into wedges
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    To make marinade, stir together vinegar, apple juice, chili sauce, brown sugar, 1 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper.
    Put meat and marinade in plastic bag and chill for 12 to 24 hours turning bag occasionally.
