Chicken In Wine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 cloves garlic
    fresh rosemary
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. dry white wine
    6 to 8 pieces chicken
Preparation
    Heat butter and oil.
    Add garlic.
    Add chicken.
    Cook until chicken is brown.
    Add rosemary, salt, pepper and wine.
    Allow wine to bubble for 2 to 3 minutes, the lower heat to simmer. Cover pan; let simmer until done, approximately 30 to 35 minutes. Turn several times during cooking.
    Watch carefully as it tends to brown quickly toward the end.
