Venison Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 lb. venison steak, cut in 1-inch strips
    1 green pepper, cut in strips
    2 onions, quartered and separated
    6 fresh mushrooms, sliced
    2 carrots, sliced
    fresh broccoli, cleaned and separated
    2 cans golden mushroom soup
    Minute rice
Preparation
    Add 1 tablespoon oil to wok or skillet and heat on high.
    Add meat and stir until brown.
    (I also add 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar and 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce to meat while cooking.)
    After meat has browned, remove from heat and add vegetables and cook tender-crisp, then return meat to vegetables. Add soup.
    Heat until boiling and serve on rice.
    Cook rice according to directions.
    Makes approximately 8 servings.
