Light Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cornmeal
    1/2 c. flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    2 c. buttermilk
    1 egg, beaten
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Pour into a greased skillet. Let rise a little.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for about 45 minutes or until lightly brown.
