Ingredients

8 young unpared zucchini (about 2 1/2 lb.)
salt
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Cut zucchini into strips.
Spread on paper towel; sprinkle with salt and let stand for 1 hour.
Pat dry with paper towel. Shake in paper bag containing flour, seasoned salt and pepper. Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
Drain on paper towels. Sprinkle with more salt.
Serve hot.
