Chicken Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) chicken
    1 stalk celery
    1 bay leaf
    1 small sliced onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 stick melted butter or margarine
Preparation
    Boil chicken
    in water with celery, bay leaf and sliced onion until done.
    Remove chicken from bone.
    Save stock.
    Mix and bring to
    boil chicken broth and soup.
    Pour over chicken that has been placed
    in
    bottom of 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Mix pepper,
    salt, flour, buttermilk and margarine.
    Form a smooth batter.
    Spoon over
    chicken.
    Bake
    at
    425\u00b0
    for
    25
    to 30 minutes.
