Raisin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, well beaten
    1 c. milk
    3 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 c. seedless raisins
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients together.
    Add other ingredients, except raisins and nuts.
    Mix well, then add raisins and nuts.
    Pour into loaf pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
    Crust will be hard at first, but will soften up shortly.
