Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 baskets fresh strawberries
    1 pie crust
    1 heaping c. sugar
    pinch of salt
    3 + Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. mashed berries
    1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    In a small pan, mash 1 cup green and overripe berries.
    Add sugar and salt.
    Mix cornstarch in water until dissolved.
    Pour in pan with berries.
    Cook over medium heat until mixture turns almost transparent.
    Stir constantly to prevent scorching.
    Add lemon juice.
    Set off burner to cool.
