Apple Pie Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. butter
2 egg yolks, beaten
Preparation

Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
Cut in butter as for pie crust.
Mix in egg yolks (mixture will be crumbly). Press half of the mixture in bottom of 15 x 10-inch jelly roll pan.
May also use 13 x 9-inch pan.
Set remaining half of mixture aside.
