Lasagne(Large Group) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. hamburger
    1 lb. sausage
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 tsp. basil
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes, chopped
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 large box lasagne noodles
    4 eggs
    3 (12 oz.) containers cottage cheese
    1 c. Parmesan cheese
    4 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced
Preparation
    Brown meat slowly.
    Spoon off excess fat.
    Add next 9 ingredients.
    Simmer, covered, 30 minutes.
    Stir often.
    Cook noodles in boiling, salted water until tender; drain and rinse. Beat eggs.
    Add remaining ingredients, except Mozzarella.
