King Ranch Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. chicken
    1 medium diced onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can mushroom soup
    2 doz. tortillas
    1 lb. grated cheese
    1 diced pepper
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
Preparation
    Boil chicken until tender.
    Bone and chop into chunks.
    Keep broth until just warm.
    Dip tortillas into it.
    Line 9 x 13-inch dish with tortillas.
    Spread chicken over tortillas, then onion, pepper and undiluted soup.
    Cover well with a layer of grated cheese.
    Pour Ro-Tel tomatoes (mashed or blended) over all.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
