Sourdough Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. instant potato flakes
1 c. bread flour
1 c. very warm water
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. corn oil
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. very warm water
6 c. bread flour

Preparation

First Day (a.m.):
Make feed starter with first 4 ingredients. Mix and let set at room temperature all day in a covered container.
