Mahogany Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
3/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 onion, thinly sliced
1 c. apricot nectar
1/4 c. bottled lite teriyaki marinade and sauce
1 tsp. balsamic vinegar
1/2 c. dried apricot halves
1 tsp. cornstarch
hot, cooked rice
Preparation

Lightly sprinkle both sides of chicken with garlic powder; let stand 15 minutes.
Lightly coat chicken with flour.
Brown in hot oil in large skillet over medium heat.
Turn chicken over. Sprinkle onion evenly over chicken.
Cook until chicken is golden brown.
