Zucchini Torte - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 eggs
    4 to 5 c. grated or diced zucchini
    1 clove garlic, minced (optional)
    1 to 1 1/2 c. cheese, grated (Parmesan and/or Cheddar)
    2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped (preferably fresh)
    1 onion, chopped or grated
    1/4 to 1/2 c. oil
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 1/2 c. Bisquick
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Add all other ingredients.
    Mix very well.
    Do not use mixer.
    Lightly oil 9 x 13-inch pan and pour in mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes until cooked through.
    Cut in squares.
    Serve warm or cold.
