Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can kraut, drained
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. oil
1/4 c. vinegar
1 small jar pimentos
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together well.
Let stand overnight. Keeps well.
