Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 green pepper, chopped fine
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. beef broth
    2 c. milk
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    2 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. paprika (for top)
Preparation
    Fry green pepper, garlic and onion in butter.
    Stir in flour. Cook 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Add 1 cup beef stock and milk.
    Bring to a simmer and add the rest of the ingredients. Stir until cheese melts.
