Ingredients

1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. margarine
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

In a large mixing bowl, cream together first six ingredients; then add the dry ingredients.
Refrigerate and chill for one to two hours; afterwards, form into balls and roll in sugar.
Place on cookie sheet, and press with fork dipped in water.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
This recipe makes a flat cookie.
I like a browned cookie, so you be the judge on your time.
