Pastry Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 Pepperidge Farm patty shells
1 (2 oz.) ball Gouda cheese
1 egg, beaten

Preparation

Thaw patty shells and roll into an 8-inch circle.
Remove wax coating on cheese.
Cover cheese with pastry and seal edges well. Refrigerate for several hours.
