Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice, cooked and drained (equals about 4 c. cooked)
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    12 oz. Velveeta cheese, grated
    2 cans (small) chopped green chili peppers
    2 c. sharp grated cheese
    1/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix sour cream with milk.
    Add 1 can peppers (undrained), Velveeta cheese and rice.
    Spoon in large casserole dish.
    Garnish with 1 can peppers (drained), sharp cheese and paprika.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
