Hastarta(Quick Torte) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. almond extract
1 c. flour, sifted
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. sliced almonds and/or flaked coconut
Preparation

Beat eggs until light and lemon colored.
Gradually beat in sugar; add extract.
Sift in flour and salt; lastly add the melted butter.
Mix well.
Pour into a nonstick or greased and floured cake pan (one layer cake pan will do).
Sprinkle the nuts or coconut.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
Cool in the pan.
