Easy Dinner Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9 oz.) box yellow or white Jiffy cake mix
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 c. hot tap water
    2 1/2 to 3 c. flour
Preparation
    Combine cake mix, yeast and salt.
    Add water and flour to make a soft dough (dough will be quite sticky).
    Cover; let rise until double, 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
    Stir down dough and spoon irregular balls of dough into bowl of flour to lightly cover.
    Spoon into lightly greased muffin tins.
    Cover and let rise until double, about 1 hour.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
