Elgin'S Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. chicken or beef taquitos (from Wal-Mart)
    1 medium can chili or about 2 c. homemade chili
    2 c. grated Cheddar or Jack cheese
Preparation
    Place taquitos, in a casserole dish, in a single layer.
    Cover with chili and top with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
