Bacon-Wrapped Water Chestnuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can whole water chestnuts
    1 c. soy sauce
    1/2 strip bacon for each water chestnut
Preparation
    Drain the water chestnuts.
    Pour the soy sauce over them. Place them in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
    Heat the oven to broil.
    Drain the water chestnuts.
    Wrap a half slice of bacon around each chestnut.
    Hold the bacon in place by pushing a toothpick through the bacon and into the chestnut.
    Place the chestnuts on a foil-lined cookie sheet.
    Broil them until the bacon is brown.
