Egg Nog - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 separated eggs
1/3 c. honey or sugar
5 c. milk
1 Tbsp. rum extract
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. heavy cream, whipped

Preparation

Beat
egg whites in bowl until it peaks.
Mix egg yolks and honey
and\tfold
in
egg whites.
Add whipped cream when ready to serve.
Top with nutmeg.
