Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 (1/4-inch thick) pork chops
2 to 3 medium potatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
small amount milk
Preparation

Fry pork chops and drain off fat.
Place in bottom of casserole dish.
Peel and slice potatoes (round) and place on top of pork chops.
Add small amount of milk to mushroom soup and pour over potatoes.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 1 hour.
