Mocha Torte - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites
    1/2 tsp. white vinegar
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla, divided
    1 c. chopped pecans
    25 to 30 Ritz crackers, crushed with hands
    1 c. whipping cream
    1 tsp. instant coffee
    1 Tbsp. powdered sugar
    small morsels, color or mint chocolates
Preparation
    Beat
    egg
    whites until stiff.\tAdd vinegar.
    Gradually add sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
    Beat well.
    Fold in chopped nuts and Ritz crackers.\tSpread in buttered 9 x 9-inch pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.\tRemove from oven and cool. To whipped cream, add 1/2 teaspoon vanilla, instant coffee and powdered sugar.
    Whip
    until stiff.\tSpread over cooled torte shell.
    Chill in refrigerator and add chocolate morsels before serving.
