Um-Um Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 chicken breasts
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 (4 oz.) stack Ritz crackers
2 tsp. poppy seed
1 stick butter
Preparation

Boil chicken with salt.
Debone and skin.
Place in buttered casserole dish.
Mix soup and sour cream.
Pour over chicken. Crush crackers.
Mix with poppy seed.
Pour over soup.
Melt butter.
Pour over top.
Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
