Poor Man'S Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

12 soda crackers
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. water
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
lump of butter

Preparation

Break soda crackers rather coarsely into unbaked pie shell. Into a saucepan, put remaining ingredients.
Bring to a boil and pour over crackers.
Put top crust on and bake at 375\u00b0 until done.
