Strawberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 c. cooking oil
    4 eggs, well beaten
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Thaw strawberries and reserve 1/2 cup juice for making filling.
    Mix flour, soda, cinnamon, sugar and salt.
    Make a well in center of mixture.
    Pour strawberries, oil and eggs into the hole.
    Mix by hand until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
    Stir in chopped nuts.
    Pour into 2 greased and floured 9 x 5 x 3-inch pans.
    Bake 45 to 60 minutes.
