Pineapple-Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 20 oz. cans pineapple chunks, drained
    6 Tbsp. reserved juice from pineapple
    1 c. sugar
    6 Tbsp. four
    2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1 c. Ritz crackers, crumbled (about 20 crackers)
Preparation
    Drain pineapple.
    Combine juice, sugar and flour in bowl, mixing well.
    Stir in cheese and pineapple.
    Spoon into greased 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.
    Combine margarine/butter and cracker crumbs in bowl, mixing well.
    Sprinkle over pineapple mixture.
