Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. ground beef
    2 to 3 slices bread
    1 c. milk
    2 eggs, beaten
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 onion, chopped
    dash of catsup
    dash of Worcestershire sauce
    dash of mustard
    1 can tomato soup or sauce (optional)
Preparation
    Soak bread in milk; mix with beef.
    Add all ingredients, except tomato sauce.
    Mix well.
    Turn into loaf pan.
    Cover with soup or sauce.
    Put bacon slices on top, if desired.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Baste occasionally.
