Mashed Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

baking potatoes (number varies for amount of people)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
salt
pepper
garlic seasoning
1 pkg. Cheddar cheese, shredded
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation

Peel, slice and boil potatoes.
In mixing bowl, combine potatoes, garlic seasoning, sour cream and cream cheese; blend with mixer on medium speed.
Spread in casserole dish.
Spread shredded cheese on top of mashed potatoes.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
