Lemon Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. oleo
1/2 c. shortening
2 c. sugar
3 c. flour (cake flour)
4 eggs
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. milk (evaporated)
Preparation

Cream oleo, shortening and sugar; add salt, vanilla and egg yolks.
Add milk.
Add 1/2 cup flour and baking powder.
Add remaining flour; mix well.
Fold in egg whites after beating.
Bake at 350\u00b0.
Make 14 thin layers.
