Chinese Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. finely diced ham, cooked chicken or pork
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 (3 oz.) can broiled mushrooms
    1 1/2 Tbsp. finely chopped green onion
    1 qt. cold cooked rice
    2 or 3 Tbsp. soya sauce
    1 well-beaten egg
Preparation
    Fry meat lightly in oil, add mushrooms, green onion, rice and soya sauce.
    Continue to cook over low heat 10 minutes.
    Add egg. Cook 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
    If darker color is wanted, add more soya sauce.
    Serves 6 to 8.
