Rhubarb Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    3 slightly beaten eggs
    1 lb. or 4 c. rhubarb in 1-inch pieces
    9-inch pastry and lattice top
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Mix sugar, flour and nutmeg.
    Beat into eggs.
    Stir in rhubarb.
    Line pie pan.
    Fill with rhubarb mixture.
    Dot with butter.
    Cover with lattice top.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
