Oreo Cookie Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

15 Oreo sandwich cookies
2 3/4 c. sifted all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. almond extract
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 large eggs
1 c. sour cream
2 sticks butter/margarine

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease a tube pan (10 to 12 cup capacity).
Place oreo cookies on a cutting board.
With a sharp, heavy knife, cut them one at a time into quarters.
Set aside.
