Potluck Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. bulk pork sausage
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 c. bouillon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 tomatoes, peeled and chopped
    1 c. long grain rice
    1/2 c. pitted ripe olives
    1 pimento, chopped
Preparation
    Brown sausage and onion together.
    Drain off excess fat.
    Add bouillon, salt and tomatoes; heat to boiling.
    Stir in rice. Cover and cook over very low heat for approximately 20 minutes or until liquid is absorbed and rice is tender.
    Add olives and pimento.
    Mix lightly with a fork.
