Egg Custard - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 large eggs
1 slight c. sugar
1 c. milk
1 large pie crust
vanilla or nutmeg (if desired)
Preparation

Break eggs in mixing bowl; mix them thoroughly.
Stir in sugar until blended in good.
Stir in milk.
Pour into unbaked pie crust.
Bake at 375\u00b0 until firm, 20 to 30 minutes.
