Stuffed Steak And Parsley Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large potatoes, cut 1/4-inch thick
    1/3 c. butter
    3/4 c. onion
    1 1/4 c. cut mushrooms
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    salt and pepper
    2 lb. steak (1 1/2-inches thick)
    meat tenderizer
    vegetable oil
    1 clove garlic
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    In roasting pan, place sliced potatoes in single layer.
    Add 3/4 cup water.
    Bake 10 minutes.
