Snow Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. yeast
3/4 c. warm water
1 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. oil
2 c. all-purpose flour
Preparation

Mix yeast in warm water first.
Put into dry ingredients.
Mix gently.
Turn onto floured board and shape into rolls.
Let rise about 45 minutes if possible.
(It doesn't take long for these to rise, just depends on the temperature.) Bake for about 12 minutes at 425\u00b0.
Makes about a dozen.
