Michelle'S Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 c. light Karo syrup
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 to 3 heaping Tbsp. Hershey's cocoa
Preparation
    Mix cocoa in sugar; add milk and Karo.
    Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally to soft ball stage.
    Take off heat; add margarine and cool until pan can be held.
    Add vanilla; beat the fudge until it starts to hold shape in pan for 15 seconds and fudge loses glossiness.
    Pour in buttered plate; score and cut in small squares.
