Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 pork chops
1/2 c. onion, chopped
2 ribs celery, chopped
1 c. rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can celery soup
1 bell pepper
Preparation

Brown pork chops in small amount of fat.
Remove and drain. Saute onion, celery and bell pepper.
Arrange pork chops in bottom of casserole.
Add onion, celery and bell pepper, soup using can full of water.
Add raw rice and mix with soup.
Cover and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
Remove cover and brown slightly if desired.
