Sweet Potato Bourbon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large or 3 medium size sweet potatoes
    1 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. bourbon (sourmash bourbon best)
Preparation
    Cook (boil or bake) potatoes; then use a potato masher strainer to get 2 cups of mashed sweet potatoes.
    Cream sugar and butter; add potatoes, eggs, nutmeg, vanilla, lemon juice and bourbon.
    Bake in unbaked pie shell (9-inch pan) at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    If you don't use the pie fairly soon, you can freeze it (wrap in individual slices in plastic wrap before freezing).
