Low-Fat Quick Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. low-fat baking mix (such as Pioneer)
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1/8 tsp. ground cloves
    1/2 c. egg substitute or 2 egg whites
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/4 c. applesauce
    3/4 c. milk
    3/4 c. of 2 of the following: berries, apples, raisins, nuts, dried cranberries, etc.
Preparation
    Mix first 8 ingredients. Add milk and mix. Blend in fruit and nuts. Spoon into muffin cups and bake at 400\u00b0 for 18 to 20 minutes.
