Barbecue Style Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium unpeeled potatoes
    ice water
    1/3 c. Mazola margarine, melted
    1/4 c. catsup
    2 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cut the potatoes into 4 wedges. Cut crosswise at 1/4-inch intervals to within 1/4-inch from bottom of potatoes. Place in ice water 1 hour. Dry potatoes. Mix the margarine, catsup, mustard, paprika and salt. Place potatoes on jelly roll pan. Brush with 1/2 of the catsup mixture. Bake in 425\u00b0 oven, brushing occasionally with remaining mixture, 35 minutes or until tender. Serves 6.
