Cheese Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. White Lily biscuit mix
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Mix with spoon.
    Use two mini muffin pans.
    Spray with Pam. Put a small pat of butter into each cup, then put 1/2 teaspoon batter over butter.
    Cook at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
